In 2022, the Fund handled 3,459 inquiries. A total of 6,756 questions were received and they could be categorized by the following topics:

    1. Compensation-related: 3,079 / 45.58%
    2. The Insurance-related: 2,310 / 34.19%
    3. The Fund Claims and administrative operations: 221 / 3.12%
    4. The Taiwan Insurance Institute Enquiries operations: 837 / 12.39%
    5. Other inquiries: 319 / 4.72%
