    On January 1, 2005, the Fund introduced a toll free service line to provide better and faster assistance to injured parties, their families, and the general public on related issues. In 2025, the Fund handled 2,979 inquiries. A total of 4,985 questions were received and they could be categorized by the following topics:

    1. Compensation-related: 2,416 / 48.47%
    2. The  Insurance-related: 1,714 / 34.38%
    3. The Fund Claims and administrative operations: 118 / 2.37%
    4. The Taiwan Insurance Institute Enquiries operations: 628 / 12.60%
    5. Other inquiries: 109 / 2.18%
