In 2023, the Fund handled 3,461 inquiries. A total of 6,150 questions were received and they could be categorized by the following topics:

- The Insurance-related: 1,815 / 29.51%
- The Fund Claims and administrative operations: 185 / 3.01%
- The Taiwan Insurance Institute Enquiries operations: 785 / 12.76%
